A clear next step at every stage
You do not need a finished design before you get in touch. The work takes shape through a useful conversation, a realistic scope and clear decisions.
Talk it through
Call or email Adrian with your town, the space you want to change and what you would like it to do better.
Understand the space
Photographs, rough measurements, plans and a look at the existing building help shape a realistic scope.
Agree the way forward
Discuss the work, materials, responsibilities, specialist input and the practical arrangements before work starts.
Bring it together
Adrian remains your main point of contact and coordinates the appropriate trades through the build.
Finish with care
Review the completed scope, the final details and any relevant product or specialist documentation.
Keep decisions clear as the work progresses
Existing buildings can reveal details that were not visible at the outset. If something changes, discuss the implications with Adrian before the affected work continues.
Appropriate electricians and gas engineers carry out regulated work where needed; an independent building inspector is involved where required.

Knowing what matters to you is more useful than having every answer. A short list of priorities, the problems in the current space and a few photographs can make your enquiry much clearer.

There is no single timescale or price that fits every renovation. The existing building, the scope, choices and any approvals all affect the plan.

What should I send in a first enquiry?
Your town or postcode, the room or area you want to change, and a short description of your ideas. Photos and existing plans are useful if you have them. You can also share an initial budget and preferred timescale.
When is a start date agreed?
The scope, any approvals, materials and availability need consideration before a start date can be agreed. Tell Adrian about any dates you are working towards so they can be discussed early.
What happens if I want to change something?
Raise the idea with Adrian before the affected work or ordering takes place. A change can affect materials, cost and the programme, so the implications need discussing and agreeing as part of the project.
