What work does Maud Renovations do?
Garage conversions, kitchen renovations, bathroom renovations and wider home renovation work. Adrian also offers practical interior design support for layout, materials and finishes as part of a renovation.
Which areas do you cover?
Skipton, Barnoldswick, Grassington, Harrogate, Ilkley, Settle and surrounding towns and villages, generally within about 24 miles of Skipton. Share your postcode and project details to confirm coverage.
Is Maud Renovations insured?
Yes. Maud Renovations holds public liability insurance. You can ask Adrian about the relevant details when discussing your project.
Do you manage the project from start to finish?
Yes. Adrian coordinates the work and remains your main point of contact. The scope and responsibilities are discussed for your project, including any specialist trades or professional input needed.
Who carries out electrical and gas work?
Adrian coordinates the appropriate electricians and gas engineers for regulated work. Maud Renovations does not claim direct Gas Safe or NICEIC registration. The relevant trades carry out the work that requires their qualifications.
How is building inspection handled?
An independent building inspector can be coordinated where the work requires one. The project’s planning, building control and other professional requirements need identifying before the relevant work starts.
Can you give a price from photographs?
Photographs are useful for an initial discussion, but they do not establish everything about the building or the work. A meaningful quotation depends on understanding the scope, condition, materials and any specialist requirements.
How long will the work take?
The programme depends on the project’s size, complexity, material availability and any permissions or inspections. Adrian can discuss timing once the scope is understood. No general timescale applies to every renovation.
Can you work from plans I already have?
Share your drawings and any specification with Adrian. They can help explain the proposed work and identify what needs to be assessed or clarified. Responsibility for designs and any further professional input should be clear.
How do I send an enquiry through the website?
